How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9 for all purchases under $150 in value.  Purchases over $150 attract free shipping.  All purchases over $100 are sent via Registered Post.

What if I am purchasing a small item, (eg.baby legwarmers)?

In certain cases items may fit into an envelope.  If you believe this is the case, please use the contact button to let us know prior to purchasing, and we will adjust your order.

How long will it take to process my order?

Generally orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase; however as a busy Mum of four there can be occasional exceptions!  Almost all orders will be processed within a few days; customers will be contacted regarding further delays.

Will I receive my entire order in one shipment?

Some items are shipped directly from the supplier; thus your order may be split into more than one shipment.

Is Paypal the only payment option?

Paypal now offers a service whereby credit card orders may be processed without a Paypal account (in fact it is a much safer option than a straight credit card transaction.)  If you wish to pay via credit card, continue through the checkout process as normal, and you will be redirected to Paypal where it is a matter of following a few simple steps to process your transaction.

What about gift-wrapping?
